Before you roll your eyes and say, “Brittani, these aren’t pillars; they’re tools,” let me explain. First, shut up. Second, I apologize for being blunt, but hear me out. Third, they’re both pillars and tools.

When my anxiety disorder forced me to leave my job as a stylist, I unexpectedly stepped into a role that turned out to be even more stressful, managing social media and email marketing for my dad’s business. My dad proudly owns a local haberdashery, which just celebrated 100 years and boasts the largest hat selection in the Mid-Atlantic.

Leveraging the knowledge I gained from running my own e-commerce business, I helped transform their online presence, boosting sales along the way. And that’s where my three “pillars” were born.
